In 1974 Simeon Cook's parents, Lucius and Marjorie, purchased an apple orchard in Brimfield, MA. Soon after, Marjorie started baking apple pies for orchard goers in her farm house kitchen. With the incredible response to her unique recipes, Marjorie soon founded the Cook's Orchard Bakery. Simeon has carried on the fine tradition his mother began when he and his wife Jennifer established their own farm and bakery in the beautiful hills of Vermont. Since then Simeon and Jennifer have expanded the Cook's Farm product line to include their own pure Vermont maple syrup and maple sweetened creations, such as granola and maple mint tea. Cook's Farm is a small, family owned and operated business using responsible farming practices with low impact on the surrounding land and trees. It is our mission to share the fruits of our land while keeping our methods and foods pure, simple, and natural.
